Vegan Buffalo Bites
Vegan friendly with a spicy kick!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (we used Cholula)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F. Whisk together rice flour, salt and garlic powder in large bowl. Add water and mix until smooth. Dip cauliflower pieces in batter, then place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 20 minutes, turning halfway through, or until batter is crispy.
Meanwhile, mix together hot sauce and coconut oil in a large bowl. Add cauliflower and toss gently to coat, return cauliflower to baking sheet and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve with your favourite creamy dipping sauce.
