Grilled Halibut Tacos
A perfect recipe idea for your leftover halibut!
Place halibut in a medium size dish.
Whisk together the oil, lime juice, ancho, jalapeno, and cilantro and pour over the halibut.
Let it marinate for 30 mins.
Remove the halibut from the marinade and place onto a hot grill,
flesh side down.
Grill for 4 mins on the first side. Flip for 30 seconds and then remove.
Let rest, covered, for 5 mins, then flake the fish with a fork.
Place the tortillas on the grill and grill for 20 seconds.
Divide the fish among the tortillas and garnish with any or all of the garnishes.
FOR THE TACOS:
- 1 lb halibut
- 1 tbsp Mexican chili powder (Ancho)
- 1 jalapeno, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 8 flour tortillas
- ¼ cup canola oil
- Juice of 1 lime

- Pickled radish
- Pickled onion
- Shredded white cabbage
- Hot sauce
- Sour cream
- Chopped cilantro leaves
- Roasted tomato salsa
