Lemon-Salted Grilled Salmon
Preheat grill on medium heat for approximately 10-12 mins or until grill temperature reaches 350° F.
Season salmon fillets with salt & pepper & olive oil, and place on
preheated grill for 3-4 mins per side.
Place romaine hearts on the grill, grilling approximately 2 mins per side
until charred and softened.
Immediately transfer to a stainless bowl & toss with remaining olive oil
& balsamic vinegar.
Place on the bottom of a plate or a serving bowl. Also, place lemon rings
on the grill, quickly brushing them first with a small amount of vegetable
or olive oil.
Grill for 1-2 mins per side, or until slightly browned. Squeeze lemon
over top of salmon.
Place salmon on top of romaine hearts and garnish with grilled lemon slices & a small knob of butter.
- 2 salmon fillets, approximately 200g each
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut into rings
- 4 romaine hearts
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar mixed with 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Kosher salt & cracked black pepper,
- Juice of 1 lemon
