Warm Rice Pudding Cereal
An energy-packed breakfast that practically cooks itself (and it’s gluten free!). Cook Time: 6–8 Hours Yield: 6–8 Servings
- In a slow cooker, mix all of the ingredients together. Cook overnight on the low setting for 6–8 hours.
- Before serving, top with blueberries, syrup or sliced bananas and soy or almond milk.
- 2 Cups Brown Rice
- 4 Cups Soy, Rice or Almond Milk
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
