Step 1: Prepare and Cook the Chicken

Slice the chicken breasts into strips. Sauté them in a pan with oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce until cooked through. Once done, set the chicken aside.

Step 2: Make the Dressing

In the same pan, add the dressing ingredients. Heat and stir until combined and warmed through.

Step 3: Assemble the Bowls

Place 1 cup of noodles into each bowl. Top with 1 cup of spinach, sliced peppers, a handful of nuts, and the sautéed chicken slices. Drizzle with the prepared dressing.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
