Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 burger buns
1/3 cup Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp finely chopped shallot
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
salt
Black pepper
a handful of butterhead lettuce
Few slices of sun-dried tomato (drained)
Directions

Step 1: Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2: Heat a pan with a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side or until golden outside, and just cooked through but still juicy inside.

Step 3: In a bowl, combine whipped cheese, lemon juice, shallot, parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir until smooth. Chill for 10–15 minutes.

Step 4: Spread cheese mixture on both sides of the bun.

Step 5: Layer with lettuce, salmon fillet, and sun-dried tomatoes.

 

Step 6: Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately.
