Refreshing and perfect for hot days!
- 2 pints fresh raspberries
- ¼ cup sugar or honey
- ¼ cup water
- Rinse your raspberries and then pat dry.
- Puree the raspberries, sugar, and water in a food processor or blender until well-blended.
- Pour the mixture into your molds, leaving a little bit of room for it to expand.
- Cover the molds with the lids or plastic wrap, insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze for 3-4 hours.
